I am very happy with this app, I have a customer who is international and was having a hard time trying to figure out how to convert prices to her currency. This app has allowed me the opportunity to offer my customers the option to browse items in their currencies. The set up was pretty easy for me but I did have a couple issues where it wasn't displaying properly on my site, I was able to go to a live chat and spoke with Ankur, and they were able to help me figure it out and fix all the issues so now it works great! I am thankful for the simplicity of this app and the wonderful customer service I have gotten and love that this app allows me to offer my customers a greater shopping experience.

Even wondered what app had the best customer service ever? Don't look further. The Team helped us a lot during hours to make sure everything was set up correctly. App are made by talented and hard worker developpers, there is no bug or issue.

Really enjoying using this app. It's simply a problem solver app with excellent features to give customers a better experience in Shopping. Their support team is outstanding especially Samuel. Excellent!!!!

I had problem with my website because of an unsuitable currency app I previously dowloaded. I then added the Bold app and contacting their technical support who fixed the glitch with my website. And the Bold multi-currency works just fine, many thanks!

I like what the app 'promises', and the quick responses received from the app developers prior to adding the app to our site. Since the app has been added however, the service has been challenging.

You cannot put a fixed rate greater than 9999 in one currency.

The installation on my website was immediate, I've had no problems! The app is really easy to add difference currencies to your store. Thanks Jade :)

Used this app along with cashier. Went through a lot of research online and understood that it was not a stable app but it never knew the support is horrendous.

Just yesterday, we lost a 60+ dollar sale because the shipping settings didn't kick in when customer was on USD currency while other currencies were fine. Might have been some bug. I did rigorous tests on my own and make sure I shared these findings with the bold support team via email in hopes that they'll be able to address the issue. Sent about 5 emails with different issues hoping the can look into and when they did decide to reply my email half an hour before the office closing hours, they replied only my last email. Possibly deliberately missing my last 4 emails that contained all the problems I'm was and still am facing.

If you're thinking of getting this or whoever that is still using this app, i urge you to reconsider. Bold used to have good support. But this time round, I no longer agree and I believe many of your other consumers will feel and think the same.

P.S. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

Bold commerce have the best apps, and their multi currency are the only app that works in Shopify chekout.
I have some problems with my settings, Chintan was very helpfull, and solve my problem in no time

While we wish our app was able to allow customers check out in their own currency, you'd need Bold Cashier to do that as well. However, our app will show the currencies up until the checkout page. :-)
