I contacted Rajni from Bold via live chat. He was very helpful and efficient. He helped me schedule a call with Bold Support.
The only problem I have now is that all available times for the whole of July are from 12:00AM to 2:30AM Melbourne Australia time. If we could schedule a call for 6:00AM time / 3:00PM Winnipeg Canadian time that would be great. Having later times available would be a huge help for all customers in the southern hemisphere! :)

To be honest I just got this app into my store so I can't comment yet on how it works. However, if tech support is any indication, this is a winner.

Jonathan helped me early on in the process of getting this app uploaded. He offered to do the work but I really wanted to be able to do this today and in the future. He was very patient and walked me through a lot. I thought I had finished but then got an error message.

I reached back to tech support and Alora was on line helping me. Within a few minutes she found the glitch (it's actually something that Shopify does to the snippets' names) and I started to fix things. OMG! Did I fix things. With one sweep of the mouse I completely messed up a page of code! Alora was there to fix my huge mess and then straightened out the little bits and pieces I was trying to clean up.

For at least 15 (terrifying to me) minutes Alora worked her magic and here we are. App installed and all is good in the world again.

Great app and even better support. The combination with Bold Cashier works great. I've been struggling with showing different currencies on my checkout page for months until I found Bold. Highly recommended.
