How do i move the dropdown icon to the centre of the page at the top and get it to be bigger? why is the currency reverting back to my default currency on the next page? easy to install so far, cant tell if ive messed anything up lol

Okay, so I didn't get on with this app on my first attempt and did leave a rather negative review which I have left in below. In response to that review I was contacted by Grace who was very understanding and quickly put things right for me and even sorted out a custom position for the currency selector and giving me lots of advise on using this app and Bold Cashier.

In view of this I have revised my rating, I would have loved to give 5 stars and would for Grace's help but, am holding one back simply because it didn't work first time for me.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
If I could give it less than 1 star I really would. Did not display properly and created an issue which support blamed on another app, even though it happened straight after installing this one. Then when I uninstalled it, it left behind so much junk that my site is nowhere how it was before I installed this app and support are no help as, as far as they are concerned it's not their fault. Shocking!

I'm using the multi-currency and the cashier to keep international customer checkout in their local currency. I had a few issues at first while we were trying to figure things out but my rep Arvinder kept trouble shooting with me until he found the answer. He definitely took the extra steps for great customer service.

This Ap works well. It took a couple days to be installed and there was one minor glitch - the numbers showed up as $32.67 when it should have been $3267.00 - but it was fixed quickly. We are a Canadian company and we sell globally so we process all our transactions in USD but we are looking to add the ability to charge the customer in their own currency.

I really like Bold apps, and how the seemelessly work together. I like how the Support team will install the code for you. And Brett at customer support really fixed my issue super quick.

I'd love this app even more, if I could set different prices for specific products, in specific currencies.

I am now changing my review, still minus a star because support is crap.
I have waited a few days after my request for support and no one replied so I left a 1 Star review to grab their attention which you will find below. This got their attention and they fixed the issue, from what I can see in a few hours.

This says to me a few things, 1 their support are competent working on their app but they only seem care about their reviews. I understand this is free and I appreciate that a lot. But that doesnt excuse bad customer support.

I appreciate you guys fixing the error and I do love this app. But I if I were to be honest, your customer support needs fixing.

If you take anything from this review, it isn't that the app is bad, its great, does its job well, but that support sucks so do not go adding this to your site until you have confirmed a time with one of their support to help you out, so as nothing goes wrong and you dont have to shut your site down for a while to fix an issue.
Great app, crappy support.

We are just about to start using the app, however the support during set-up from the Bold team has been fantastic. Giving a four-star rating at the moment, just because we haven't used it live as yet but are excited from what we have seen during the testing phase!
