Update 1 - we have been using this app for 2 months now, awesome customization support from the team, it serves the purpose

Update 2 - Just be careful, we love this app, but seriously they went and changed our theme without our knowledge and destroyed it completely, we had to re-install our old theme and re-work everything, app is good but they need to work on their company processes. We are very sad to downgrade our rating to 3 stars for this data breach

I gave one star because this + bold cashier doesn't work well on my site
and already waited almost 2 months with no resolve. the support even asked me again what the problem was.

Hi there! Thank you for leaving this feedback; I looked into your correspondence and I am incredibly sorry for the amount of time it has taken for our developers to put through a fix for the unique issue you have run into.

Unfortunately, we can't provide a timeframe for that fix, however as our specialist Tony mentioned, if you don't mind leaving the apps disabled on an unpublished theme on your store, we can continue to leave it with the development team and they can do testing (which would not affect your store) and we'd be able to update you once a fix was available.

Since Multi-Currency and Cashier do not have monthly fees, this wouldn't add a fee to your store. I really wish I could provide a better answer for you; this is certainly not the kind of experience we want you to have with us! We hope our developers can deploy a fix to your issue very soon.

Please reach out to Tony if you have any thoughts on this, or any additional questions for us. We certainly hope we can turn your experience around, and appreciate the patience you gave us while we worked with you on getting Multi-Currency configured how you wanted it to work!

Initially a big fan of the app and service but after I requested my currency picker be installed for the second time on a new theme they told me I needed to pay $30 USD for the custom coding. As a new start up that's not a cost I can justify, so I will switch to an app that is actually free with no hidden costs.

it's not working. even if i select different currency from the currency selection it still shows default currency. it's show the ip based currency when we add item to card. other wise it's not showing. also i visited my store with different country proxy. but it's not changing according to country ip. ip based currency selection is not working as well

Worst Support I ever seen, They broke my web and i wait about 12 - 15 days to result the issues which they created. Las answer about 2 days. And i wait about 20 days for installation of bold Cashier. They only say its working on it. But i can start my web because of him.

I had trouble installing the app, I'm not technically inclined at all. I almost did it myself, bragging moment. But needed help in the end. Jonnathan helped me out so quickly and without confusing me (like so many other technical supports do). So Thank you Bold and Thank you Jonnathan!

Very simple, yet super effective and beautiful looking currency converter.
The app works great. I asked the customer support to help me set up the converter on a custom location I wanted and they did that perfect and fast.

I 100% recommend this app.
