Great APP!
I ve been using this app for a long time. In that time I have replaced my computers on several occasions. Each time Flavio has helped me get my printer configured and allowed me to my shops running smooth!

Amazing app using it since 2 years and never faced any issue. since i had never encountered and issue so can't tell about the support team.
I can not say enough good things about this product. It works as expected every time and does a great job. And support is unbelievable. I have been using it for a couple of years but needed to change the label type...that particular Avery label wasn't one of the template options but Flavio got it added and worked with me on a couple of changes I requested. All this over a holiday weekend. I highly recommend Multi-Label Barcodes.

This is the most essential app in my business. Absolutely worth what I pay for it, which is more than I can say for most of the apps I have tried. It's the little things that really stand out - like the ability to sort by barcode, or automatically create labels for inventory levels, or create from the product page. It's amazing.

Too many clicks to print a simple label. Should be one click and done. Also limits the number of barcodes that you can print to 400 at one time. We often have purchase orders that FAR exceed 400, creating a lot more work for us. It's CLOSE. But we can't ask our team to migrate from a software program that only requires one click to print a label to multiple clicks to print a label.Time is money. Money is time. Still not quite fast enough to be functional for a scaling retail business. If you're a small shop printing fewer than 100 labels/day, it probably works just fine.

We could increase the batch limit to 250 items and 600-800 for quantity, depending on the template. If you wish to give it another try, please contact our support so we can assist further.
The default batch limit was designed to allow the servers to process the labels within some processing constraints, but we plan to increase it even more in the future.
We've noticed that the most common label rolls have about 500-1,000 labels. Some printers restart from the top if the roll is replaced in the middle of a print job, so we often recommend making sure the roll has enough capacity before printing a larger batch. That's also one of the reasons the current default limit is more conservative.
Regarding the number of clicks, we're striving to design a new version that streamlines things further. The current version has three general steps: "Selection," "Print queue," and "Print." The selection is often the slowest part of the chain, so we're looking to improve that area. Thus far, we have implemented methods to select items from CSV files, the Shopify Admin, Stocky POs, and using custom queries (called "Fast select buttons"). Please feel free to reach out if you need assistance with any of these options.

Update 28/02/2023 : We are still very satisfied with this application which helps us a lot on a daily basis in managing our barcode labels. We were able to communicate by email with support, which was very fast and provided very good advice. We totally recommend this app.
What a great discovery. We had been looking for such an app for a very long time to automate product labeling right before shipping. This application saves a lot of time. The configuration is simple and the customer service is very attentive.
