Multi Lingo

If the basic language was set in English and the access area was in Korea, I would like to set the initial language in Korean, what should I do? The language was provided in Korean and English, and the basic language was set in English. However, when I access from outside Korea, I want to mark it in English, and when I access from Korea, I want to set it up in Korean. Is there a way to do it?

In my eyes perfect service! I had several problems that could get fixed always within 1-2 days.
Even on sunday I got help from the customer service. At the begin you need to get used to the menu of the App. But after I got myself into it, everything makes sense and it does a perfect job. I could not be happier.

I use this app to have my site in two languages and it works very well. i have been using it for months now and each time i had an issue i contacted thorsten and the answer and solution were always very very quick, usually less than half an hour and most of the time few minutes. April 21st I am updating this review as after having a few back and forths, it seems there is a search functionality that will help me out, just need to have more than 250 products for it to be there. So gonna add more products, as this will become very time saving.

No app is perfect, but this one comes close. I would have given a 5* but the time to do everything is a little lengthy because you need to automate translation product by product. (this was mentioned however).
That being said I was looking for an app that was flexible to be able to overwrite the automatic translations if needed. For the price and the features definitely worth the buy.

The one thing I would love to see that should not be hard, is a search feature. Especially in the product section. It makes it very long to find.

So far this app has been great, easy to install and use. I was able to translate my whole store into French and I'll soon have it done in Spanish, too. Since I only ship my products to Europe, it's going to boost my sales for sure. And great price, too.

This app does the job and has everything I need for multi language support. Also the support is very good, they answer really fast to requests and resolved every problem and question I had since I use the app.

Excellent app. Might take some time (an hour or two) to install but once its done, it runs flawlessly. The best part is the support team, they reply quickly and fixes the problem immediately. Thanks Thorsten.

How to translate all the products in one shot , like other is working for collections and menu . I have 20k products , am i going to translate 1 by 1 until my last breath .._

Absolutely crap. All it says is 'enable cookies' whenever you try to use the app.

This is for sure the best app for translation! All eCommerce store should use this app! And yes, it translate your checkout! The staff is really nice and really helpful if you need help! Don't think, get it!

I tried many translation apps, and this it by far the most flexible one for translating everything inside the shop, from the general strings and products until the custom blocks in my non-standard theme.

Ease of use:
At the beginning it takes a little time to get the grasp, but after you understand the clean translation logic, you really enjoy the possibility to translate everything.

SEO
I had clear requirements about international E-commerce SEO, like unique URLs, Titles and Meta Descriptions in each language for ALL pages/products.
Not mentioning the subdomain support and the automatic redirect to the correct user's language.
Multi Linguo passed all tests.

Customer Support:
Thorsten's is very kind and professional, additionally he is open to assist you with any troubleshooting and custom modifications if needed.

If i could have given Thorsten 7 stars i would've... The guys just gives it his ALL.
The app is awesome and translate about EVERYTHING there is to translate on your store, even checkout and emails.

But the BEST thing about this app has to be the support ... While i was just in my second day of trial Thorsten has put a couple of hours of work into my store as i am using a non conventional theme (shopify 1.0) so most of my request had to be done in the code and Thorsten said yes to all my request and put alot of time in it.

Finally all i have to say is i tried ALL translation apps except 2 and NONE compares to this one be it the app or the support.

I think is useful, but it doesn't have the option to import or export translations so I was afraid I had to have this app always installed, attached to it forever, is a lot of work to have to click EVERY product and EVERY Collection one by one, should have a bulk translation option, the good thing above others is the price, but you get off course fewer options.

Useless interface. Makes it all impossible to understand (:

Once I understood how the application works it was really easy. I haven't come across anything that can't be translated either inherently within the software, or by a custom variable. I wanted to tweak how my language toggle appeared and customer service was amazing and fixed it right up for me! Really happy with this app!

Absolutely crap app. Only translates a few back end scripts. NO blogs, NO products, nothing else. Owner/seller refuses any refunds. Illegal to refuse refunds, on apps not working as advertised.

Its a terrible app. BIG WARNING!!!!!! If you instal the app in your shopify theme, and remove it again...its still codes from LINGO left on your site - and distroy codes !!!

I have tried different and more expensive Apps, But I love this one, it is much easier to work with, you can translate your site with Auto-Translate button for each section or choose your own translation manually this way I have great control over my translated site. I had some question though which was answered fast, so it comes with great support too.

I installed this into my store & started adding Languages. I had a problem, once I reached a certain # of languages, and emailed support - they fixed it in less than one business day, and now all our languages come up.

The app is really easy to use and well worth the $5.99 per month. Their Tech Support is very responsive.

I have been working with 3 translation apps before, with little satisfaction. Now we have installed Multi Lingo and the app just great. Our theme needed some adjustments, also because of the other language apps we installed before (which left the theme a bit messy). Thorsten fixed it for us very quickly. Great service! 5 Stars.

If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would. Thorsten is by far the most helpfull guy i've met. He helped me with small iterations with alot of patience and without complaint. This beats every other language app in price and support.

We have been working with a translation script before and recently switched to Multi Lingo. Wished it would have been there sooner, great and affordable app. Easy to use and the support has been far more then you would expect. Since we needed a lot of 'repairs' due to the old way of working we had a lot of questions over and over. Thorsten replied almost instantly each time and has been a great help with that. The right people with the right app!
