Very easy to use and comes with very cute effects for no cost. You can assign effects to specific product pages or to your whole website and set timers for when they appear, adjust how fast they are and how long they stay on screen for, etc. You can also change the style of them which I really enjoy. I'm currently using it for Halloween and might be using it for other Holidays soon as well.
