We use the app to sync inventory, products, and collections between two stores. The support team has been very responsive and helpful, especially in resolving issues with collection sync and ensuring our setup works as expected. Overall, a reliable experience and great support throughout.
I had SKUs that weren't syncing between stores due to a handle conflict. The support team identified the issue, walked me through updating the product handle, and re-triggered the sync. Everything is working now, and they were very helpful throughout the process.

Excellent customer service. They respond fast (within 10 minutes) via different channels. I spoke to someone in a video call who took the time to explain things clearly and help me select the right settings.
Would change my stock levels randomly. I over sold stock and it kept changing my pictures randomly
