This app provides a search option based on KM radius, but it doesn’t work properly if you don’t know the store name. If there are 100+ store locations and the user wants to filter or select a store using KM or pincode, it’s not possible because it always shows a “No data found” error. Even the support team doesn’t have a solution for this, as they don’t consider it a bug or a missing feature. So, this app might work for users with 1–2 store locations, but if you have 50–100+ store locations, it won’t function properly.

Took a bit to set up but the provided instructions walk you through everything well. The integration was a bit glitchy but rectified with prompt app support by Chirag Patel. A reasonable price for product.

So I figured out there is a bug with the plugin, where when you setup your store locator page, if you are using the "store locator" page template, it ends up displaying completely wrong addresses and coordinates and none of your correct info displays. I reset the page template to just a default page, and now my addresses and maps are all correct. Check that out if you're having issues.

Some of the reviews say this was hard to set up, but it wasn't bad at all. The video instructions are very good and at the time of this review, all the buttons, links and pages looked the same as what you would click when installing (not outdated). I did skip a step and contacted them. They got back to me the same day. The map is decent and the price is right.

This app is very user-friendly and offers many customizable options that make it versatile. The customer support team provided prompt and detailed guidance when I faced issues with file imports. I highly recommend this app as it exceeded my expectations.

I really wanted to love this app, but wound up removing it after 3 days. Help Desk did fix the app glitch issue within 24 hours, but trying to set up API was extremely difficult and confusing. Unless you understand code and how to set up API, which Google does not make easy, this gets really confusing and leave you going in circles. After 3 days I removed the app to find one where API key was not required. Even after watching all videos on "how to" and did all the steps, I still could not get the map locator to work correctly. I'm sad because it was easy set up, except for API part and it looked good.

If you get stuck, ask the technical team using the chat feature and they will be super prompt and help solve your issue.

Very helpful customer support, we had an issue bulk uploading 3000+ locations and they quickly helped us to sort out the issue and its all working great now. Thanks for your excellent help.
