Powerful application, that has lots of well thought out functionality. We've spent quite a bit of time now using the app and we find that they've covered most features that you would expect for a marketplace.
Customer service is super helpful too and responses are always detailed and on point.
The support team is very helpful and responds fast. They were in touch with us during the whole integration process and launch. The app solves most of our basic needs as a multivendor marketplace and I see it as a good solid start.

I found the app difficult to use. It felt like at every turn I needed to pay for another upgrade to get it to work, and even then it still did not work. I felt like I was getting nickel and dimed all the way through the process. Ultimately I ended up going a different direction.

Hi, Thank you for the review. We have options in the App, to translate the whole backend in the language required, you can use that. Adding to it, you can also integrate Weglot translation to the app, so that the app is translated to multiple languages. Hope this helps.

The app is great and lets you customize basically every detail, which I love. But this can make it seem a bit overwhelming at first. So it is very helpful to have a customer service team that is responsive and knowledgeable. Also, they have done a great job of creating blog posts and FAQ pages. You can tell they have a lot of experience in making apps and have really anticipated the user's needs.
The one drawback I've found to using this app is that the menu doesn't appear on the Seller Dashboard/Portal/Website while using Chrome. This is unfortunate, as Chrome is one of the most popular browsers. I've found a workaround where the menu appears if the screen is reduced to 70%... but this is quite small. Hopefully, this is something that will be fixed in the near future.
But overall, I am very pleased with the app and customer service team.
We are using this app for the creation of our marketplace here in mexico. Very good functionalities and Webkul has provided a great customer service.

I can't say enough good things about the Multi Vendor Marketplace. Their customer service is like no other - it's simply outstanding. As a newbie in the business world, I've been pouring my heart and soul into getting my marketplace up and running. What's been a game-changer is their willingness to let me tweak things to suit my vision. And when I hit a roadblock, their customer service team swoops in like a superhero, making those customizations happen for me. I can't recommend them highly enough!
This has been a great app for our business to use. I have had a great experience with Neha, from the Webkul customer service department. She is always on task and willing to help. She very speedy on getting things completed and answering an questions that I have. She is also friendly and I have been impressed with her efforts. If you're looking to set up a multi-vendor marketplace, this a great option for setting that up. Happy customer!
