Sometimes is complicated with the tickets! But the chat is always super helpful and fast
The app works well for both us and the designers but too often we have issues with product approvals and denials.

This is the best application for those who plan to use Shopify in a mall format.Feel free to inquire about missing functions and they will respond to your development requests. However, since the operation of functions may not have been thoroughly checked at the time of delivery, careful checking is necessary at the time of delivery. Also, please note that the smartphone display is very difficult to see, although we have heard that it is scheduled to be improved this year.
We've been using MVM for a year. While the user experience isn't flashy it does get the job done. Service from WebKul is responsive.

Great app to meet the needs of almost any multivendor marketplace. The only three problems I've had is that it's hard to find things, it lacks a taxonomy system, and it lacks ERP connectors. Every other need of mine has had a solution including the ability the add custom fields and layouts for my vendors. If you use it, you may notice some confusing language but this can be fixed in the Translate tab. I highly recommend this app for businesses approaching small/medium-size vendors.
We have been working with Multivendor for 8 months and everything has worked correctly. But we have had some problems in terms of updating products synchronized with Shopify that, fortunately, Webkul support has managed to answer in order to solve the problems.
When the App is being updated, all changes made by Sellers are not reflected in the Shopify store, such as product removal or stock modification. So the only thing I would add to the App is an improvement in terms of synchronization in the update.
