I recently downloaded this app to create a marketplace within Shopify. I really like it so far! Customer service was great, too.

There customer service has been exceptional. They always work to resolve the issues. Keep in mind they are on IST timezone, so you may have limited time to get in touch, but they always help when you do. The app has many added features I didn't even think of. And I found setting it up pretty easy.

This is a great app to turn your shopify store into a multi vendor marketplace. Its easy to set up and if you have any questions, the support provided was amazing . Pooja has provided terrific customer service and patiently answered all our questions and always got back to us on time. Keep up the great work, team!

The staff at Webkul has been great. My entire platform depends on this app working and integrating. So far any issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Definitely a top star app to use when considering a marketplace business.

I'm always stuck on the configure loading page. I let my laptop sit for about 2 hrs and it was still stuck on the same screen. I uninstalled and re downloaded it. And I am still stuck.

I am still getting familiar with the app but I must say Webkul has great customer service. They are patient and helpful through every step of the way. My website hasn't launched yet, so I am curious to see how my vendors will respond to the marketplace.

Customer support is really helpful. They're always patient and end up fixing any issues I have. I really recommend this app to everyone!
