Exceptional customer support and very well working app, great documentation, and great guides. Works well and it has great functionalities, definitely worth trying out!

The functions are very rich. Through chat, the response of technical support is also very timely, and many practical problems have been solved.

The most comprehensive marketplace app I've come across. Its functionality is on a higher level than most big marketplaces who's names I cannot mention. I needed some customization done to the app which they did in record time and the customer support is absolutely outstanding. More than 150 emails sent between myself and Webkul and their responses is always very friendly and focused on answering my questions thoroughly. They even communicated with a 3rd party app developer on my behalf which is going beyond good support. I also believe that they offer different apps than the Multi vendor marketplace which I will check out at a later stage so have a look at webkul.com

Short summary: Webkul provides the best way to create a highly scalablу and highly customizable multi-seller-multi-buyer portal with an unbelivably fantastic support team at a bargain price.

Detailed description: This is one stellar app with a support team you can only dream of. When you need to build fast a scalable website for many sellers and buyers this is a way to go on Shopify and I think on most other platforms. Tons of out of the box and paid addon features. Highly customizable. Basically, everything can be customized. If you want to change something in the system like how a certain feature looks or works, this can be changed by customer support team most of the time for free within a day or two and highly complicated customizations cost next to nothing with free lifetime support and maintenance. Lots of addon features are only available on Shopify, but some only available on other platforms. Given that Webkul already developed some add-ons for other platforms, they can bring them to Shopify fast and at a reasonable price. Great integrations with other apps like Weglot.

Warning: The system is very complex and given lots of integrations some things might not work or look as you expect out of the box, or some settings can be located in unexpected places, but just write to the support team and they will do everything needed to make the app work as you want it to work.

I am going to update this review and provide a link to the website once it is life.

Markeplace Vendor works but you need to add one absolute necessary app. You need to add a Live Chat feature on your store. I use Zopim Live Chat, along with Zendesk. Zendesk will capture the Zopim Live Chat, so you can review it later. They work perfect together.

Without Live Chat, it will be harder to convert your visitors to join your Marketplace. This is no fault of app creators. It's just that visitors will sit around reading about joining up. They won't do anything until you've had a Live Chat with them.

I've also added an instruction page on my store. You have to explain everything in simple terms so that visitors understand how it all works. Also, expect some of your sign-ups to create a new account; and then do nothing! So it may be a few days or weeks before your vendors actually upload anything and start to sell.

Once again, the Marketplace app does work. It will allow others to join your Shopify store. But a Live Chat like Zopim or Olark will work wonders. Also, consider using Zopim as they now have the mobile app for their live chat.

Again, this app is great for adding other vendors to your store.
