The app is really good. The service is good however they still need to work on the communication. It would be best if they a live chat or something. Emailing back and forth is time consuming.

A few things they need to work on the app though..
* make the icon of the seller much more visible. like make it a little bigger on.
* an option for the seller to have a side bar of their own where in they could label there food and categorized with the admins approval.

Other than these Nitika Srivastava has a very good service.

This app sucks and useless, ended up wasting money for 4 months. Hope to get refund $45+tx x 4!!!!! They promised a service that is so complex and hard to understand without any support and their timings are so weird!

This might have been one of the worse learning curves I had to deal with. Shipping is poorly brought into the design that defeats the purpose of a multi-vendor application. Lost of time wasted. But you get what you pay for and it is one of the cheaper options. So the thing is they want you to use standard Shopify shipping that runs on a single account on a multivendor product. Soooo you would still need to ship everything from one place... This is not very cool.

Hi, Thanks for the review.
By default, you can use the shipping option from the shopify store, so if you want you can use that.
As you have shipping issues, please do respond to the support email and they will assist you with the shipping, as we cant seem to find any email from your end for the shipping support.

5 minutes of my time with eye half closed at 2:30am in the morning - that's all it took to install the app successfully and have it running.

Well done, and very nice app.

As compared to other apps this app is best if you are looking for a multi vendor app but there are some features which require to be added hope webkul will add them to make this app perfect

This app isn't delivering on its promises. We've been using it for 7 weeks now and it's extremely buggy. It constantly auto-syncs even when sync is disabled. It changes prices and images. The customer service doesn't seem to be functional. Pooja is putting in effort, but I have doubts about the software actually functioning. They shouldn't offer it for Shopify. The chat service is terrible, nobody there is capable of providing assistance. The suggested solutions aren't effective. Our team is exhausted, and we've damaged a valuable client relationship that we had established. This has resulted in thousands of dollars in lost work time. Trusting the friendly guy from webkul sales who said their app would be the perfect solution was a huge fat big mistake

Really Supportive Team.
The person with whom I was linked to by webkul, Ms. Nitika was really very helpful. Right from installation to customisation of the app, the support was at its best and on time. All my doubts were addressed very patiently.
I would personally recommend using this app for setting up your market place operations.
