We've been using MVM for a year. While the user experience isn't flashy it does get the job done. Service from WebKul is responsive.
Since writing this review someone has reached out to me. They said they have contacted me many times but I didn’t receive any communication until they found me on Instagram, which I appreciate. We are in the middle of resolving issues and answering questions.
I am on the lowest price subscription. Which is still expensive for me and my little growing business. Despite sending multiple emails for help I have never received a reply or any support.
I just had my first sale using the app and the payment has come to me not the vendor. Not sure how to resolve this for future vendors - it seems you can integrate PayPal API to combat this - I will do so and see how it goes. I’m more concerned the cost breakdown including PayPal and afterpay fees isn’t clear for my vendors.
I like the app and I’m glad to be in touch with someone who is helping me so I’m changing my review to 4 stars.

Very responsive customer service, although the integration with shopify still has space for improvement.
I realy was expecting more about the app regarding, design and simplicity. It has almost evertyhing i need but it can be for sure improve. About the support team, the best support ever.
App is very recommended and support is great.
Great app to meet the needs of almost any multivendor marketplace. The only three problems I've had is that it's hard to find things, it lacks a taxonomy system, and it lacks ERP connectors. Every other need of mine has had a solution including the ability the add custom fields and layouts for my vendors. If you use it, you may notice some confusing language but this can be fixed in the Translate tab. I highly recommend this app for businesses approaching small/medium-size vendors.
Webkul has been a help to us in many iterations of our business and is always very responsive when we send out an inquiry for support. They have a lot of capabilities that enrich the Shopify experience.
My experience with this app was good, but the setup process had many components. I am also appreciative of the customer service department for resolving an issue expeditiously.
