Multi Vendor Marketplace

System is very buggy. I have my suppliers complaining regularly that they are not receiving email and sometimes they wont even get the order until we ask them. Shopify will have the order but multivendor backend wont have any. No Phone support for any urgent matters. Losing everyday because of this. **** Updated 05/11/2021 Very unprofessional. I have in record where you emailed us saying about your server outrage which caused that issue and you advised me to sync manaully. Whereas the explanation you gave below is for the other issue I reported to you guys for which you came back to me saying what I missed which is correct. I came here to delete this review after seeing your support email. But now I'm leaving it as it is for others to see.

Firstly I gave a bad review due to late response but they said that the message didn't reach them. This app is a bit hard to use (at times) and certain terms may not be that familiar to you but the support you get literally makes the difference. The would go out of their way and greatly inconvenience themselves, just so you can get what you want or as close to it as possible. Great team, hopefully this will be a long partnership.

We have connected the app to enable us run a multivendor store.Its a great app with lots of features to enable the admin and sellers have multiple useful functionalities.Support is great and I had a call with Faisal who has clarified fully all the issues I had.I would highly recommend the app.Great job guys.

When I decided to build a marketplace for music teachres, I did heaps of research into plugins for Wordpress, Shopify and all manner of custom and templated marketplaces.

Really happy that I went with this MVM plugin! It has been perfect for getting me setup quickly. Initial setup was super easy and while the refinement and smaller detail has taken time, the support has been UNBELIEVABLY GOOD!

I read some other reviews that said users weren't happy with the level of support Webkul provides but I've only been AMAZED at how responsive and helpful they've been.

Not only do they always answer in 24 hours (often 12 or fewer), they've added custom code for me and have even made app improvements when I've suggested features they didn't already have. Totally above and beyond service and support that I've not found anywhere else (and I use a TON of SaaS apps!).

If you're looking for a way to get a fully functioning marketplace setup quickly and on a super stable platform like Shopify, then I highly recommend choosing MVM by Webkul.
