Multi Vendor Marketplace

Great app. It works really well. Great assistance - the support is brilliant and super helpful. Its a bit crude but I am sure it will get better with time.

Good app, We are still filling in information, but Nitika and his team have been very helpful with all of our additional requirements and set-up enquiried.
We are quite new and did not yet have full fltsh customer facing experience with the app, and we are lokoing forward to grow our business with it.

This app is perfect if you are working with many sellers that are on WooCommerce, Prestashop etc. Basically, it is the app to use to connect sellers that are not on Shopify.
The app is not very intuitive and there are many things you'll learn on the go. Just be prepared to spend time to fix issue with sellers (not related to the app but to the configuration of the sellers).
However, the real selling point of the app is the support and the assitance. Very Very reactive and very helpful. Each issue I found has been addressed within the day and a solution was always found. I highly recommend.

This app and Webkul ROCK! Almost everything is customizable! Support is also VERY responsive and has solved all of my requests and quickly. Don't believe the negative reviews if you know what you are doing this app is STELLAR!

The app is very helpful to start a multivendor business! Not perfect (nobody is) but really good.
The service deserves 5 stars. Some other users wrote, that the service is bad in many ways, but I didn't experience bad service at all. Neha and the team is responding very fast and more important are helping a lot. If I had a problem, they told me how to fix it or fixed it themselves. Thanks for that! They even wrote me an email, asking me if everything is going the way it should be or if there are any problems.
There are some smaller issues with the app which I would score 4 stars. With smaller issues I mean the setting for example. It took me a while to custom the app the way I want it to look like. Some parts of the app are inflexible. Adding products is also kind of odd at the beginning but I wrote an introduction to my vendors how to use the app, so there are no problems anymore.
