APP has more functions and perks than any other found in the Appstore.
When service is required, they make the analysis and iterate as long as needed to keep the customer happy and understand why thing happened (even when is a customer mistake)!

We finally settled on the option with Webkul after a few months of exploring alternative platforms to Shopify for our multivendor football marketplace. They have been extremely helpful in getting us setup, fixing bugs and answering all of our queries as promptly as possible.
The customer service has been excellent so far and we look forward to working with them in the long-term!
Nítika has helped a lot since our last review. Information must be really detailed for customizations to be done as expected because if things are not written on email they don´t come back to you for more explanations. Avoid confusions and be extra detailed on what you need to be done. Time difference is also a headache but Nitika works her self to give a good service!

I can't say enough good things about the Multi Vendor Marketplace app for Shopify! This app has completely transformed our single vendor store into a thriving multi-vendor marketplace, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

I must admit that the extensive options initially felt a bit overwhelming, but the support team was there every step of the way to guide us and answer our questions. It's reassuring to know that help is just a message away.
Affordability is another big plus. We've been able to grow our marketplace without breaking the bank. Plus, the integration with platforms like Stripe has simplified payment processing for both us and our vendors.
Lastly, I appreciate the continuous development and updates from the app developers. It's clear they're committed to making this app even better over time

Very useful, and best suppoırt. I absolutely recommend it. And if you wanna turn your store to a marketplace it is the best option for Shopify.
This is an amazing app with tons of features that work great with Shopify. I'm selling products but this app can be used with many different kinds of sites and is very adjustable. The customer service however is what really made me want to write a review. They are incredibly responsive and helpful. There is so much to unpack in the app and I am not tech savvy but they have helped me all along the way. Can't recommend enough!
I really reccomend this app. It have a lot of features and is pretty customizable. It have some speed bug in loading the seller page but is normal because of the backend...we can't ask more.
The customer service is amazing and always replies and solve your problems! (expecially Ayush...he's the man! :) ).

Probably the best Shopify marketplace app at the moment. Great Customer Support team: this stands out to me and its awesome. More can be done to make it more user-friendly (like better UI) but the customer support tries to make up for all those for now.
