App not bad, but seems reply not engage! and didnt solve my problem. only once are helpful to login and help me solve THEIR SYSTEM PROBLEM. please do a SUPER IDIOT PROOF step by step, not every seller are coding train. spend too much time on it. gonna source for althernative. also seems the DATA is hidden cost, if exceed certain picture space we will been charge. HORRIBLE !

Poor Customer Care service. Unprofessional team. Need to learn some manners. Money is not everything. We were using pro account but very poor customer support system. Not recommend anyone for this app.

I've been patient. At their request I deleted my first review and tried to work with them. Aside from their response time being an average of two days, the app just doesn't do what I need it to.

If you are solely an online store, it may work for you.

If you run both online and in person, don't even try this.

This app sucks and useless, ended up wasting money for 4 months. Hope to get refund $45+tx x 4!!!!! They promised a service that is so complex and hard to understand without any support and their timings are so weird!

This app isn't delivering on its promises. We've been using it for 7 weeks now and it's extremely buggy. It constantly auto-syncs even when sync is disabled. It changes prices and images. System is very buggy. I have my suppliers complaining regularly that they are not receiving email and sometimes they wont even get the order until we ask them. don't buy this app. Save you nerves. If you want stop subscriptions you don't find easy. You fin somethinh than you can unnistal app, but the subscription remain available. Save your money, delete this app

Works very poorly, although the costumer service is great and very helpful, most of the features are not automated and don't sync with settings already on Shopify. Communication with Seller is very difficult as well seller with store.
