Kushagra and the team at Multi Vendor Marketplace have been extremely helpful and professional both with assisting with the use of the existing services and apps as well as with complex app customisations that have always been on-time and completed to an extremely high standard. Webkul has been great for me so far. There are a lot of configurations that can be a lot to process - but I have been able to build my site independently so far without any help from the team until this morning.

Booked a call at my convenience with a team member (Md Akhtar Khan), determined there is one issue to be looked at from their team and had all my other questions addressed, he was very helpful.

Call is overseas, so the sound was a bit difficult to hear at times but overall a positive experience.

I will be switching my membership app over to Webkul soon as its FAR less expensive than the one I use now. There are many additional app add-ons available which I like as they help form my business how I want it to be without any unnecessary stuff!

This app has worked great for us to sell our products on other stores and for us to add other products to our store. It's a little confusing to set up initially, but the support team is responsive and a lot of help.

As a newcomer to Webkul, we have found the support to be absolutely first class. Our marketplace is artesial.co.uk and is unusual in many ways, but we have been supported throughout by the Webkul team. Kashgara to name just one of the team has been so helpful and patient - would give 10 stars if we could.
The software has so many options and configurations it can seem daunting but it does pretty much everything you would want to get a marketplace up and running so we're delighted with our choice of platform.
