The app works pretty good and as always the support team is always on your side. Pooja in particular has been exemplary. The team has tried to create something that navigates the many limitations of the Shopify environment itself, and many features of the app has been well thought out and issues you have with the app are quickly fixed.

J'utilise cette application pour mon site, qui est une place de marché pour la location de matériel de puériculture.
Le prix défie toute concurrence (de très loin!!) et les nombreux outils permettent de faire presque tout ce que l'on veut.
Le support client est toujours réactif, amical; je les contacte très régulièrement et je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes.
Par contre la maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire et il faut un peu de temps pour bien maîtriser l'application.

We are organizing several Shopify store and using this app in all of our store. I think there are no other multivendor market place app in Shopify. One of the good thing of this app is that there are so many feature apps compatible with this app. Webkul have so many other apps and most of them are compatible to each other so we can use them at the same time in single store. We will keep using this app and app from Webkul.

This app is perfect if you are working with many sellers that are on WooCommerce, Prestashop etc. Basically, it is the app to use to connect sellers that are not on Shopify.
The app is not very intuitive and there are many things you'll learn on the go. Just be prepared to spend time to fix issue with sellers (not related to the app but to the configuration of the sellers).
However, the real selling point of the app is the support and the assitance. Very Very reactive and very helpful. Each issue I found has been addressed within the day and a solution was always found. I highly recommend.

Very fast help which is much appreciated. It can be tricky to find the section you need but the help team always point me in the right direction.

With this app it was possible for us to built up a marketplace connecting many brands with different store-types via API. Usually everything works fine, reliable and when a bug happens you get support very quickly. Also some customizations were possible. So for our current status buidling up a marketplace business this app is essential and very helpful - I can recommend!

I could not be happier with this app- which quite simply, works just as described- but more importantly, with Webkul itself. App Installation was simple and when I requested some custom coding to extend the app's capabilities Webkul quoted a reasonable price and then delivered a great bit of customization that is exactly what I needed. I'm surprised to see a recent review saying they weren't responsive as I have found them to be remarkably fast to respond- sometimes within hours but always by next day.
