Takes alot of time to get it to do what you want to do to start off. Just starting the use of it and I am really happy with the layout for now :) Will keep review updated if any negative occurrences/downs/slowing etc. The team helped me alot with little things non stop as well! Thank you again for the platform and hopefully I can make good use of it all!

Great app to build a marketplace easily on your shopify store. Easy to setup and tech support provides answers quickly to any problems you face during the setup. Exceptional customer service by Pooja. She went above and beyond to help us with the setup and coordinated with her development team to get us answers immediately.

App is very comprehensive and the install was easy. What's better is the customer service. You can chat to the team directly and they assist you in most-cases in real-time. 6/5 stars for the support!

Webkul provides a broad umbrella of options for a multi vendor marketplace app. Their team is highly responsive via email and offers a library of tutorial blogs to help address questions. They are also willing and available to assist with custom programming if needed.

I was shopping around for options to build a complete multivendor marketplace from scratch. I was initially turned off by this product as I saw broken English written in the description/documentation and choppy/poor audio in the demo video. This made me think the product, too, would be careless/buggy. Do not be fooled! This product is extremely well thought out and this team really has it together! The support team always responds within 24 hours with details in how to answer your question with screenshots. This is such a critical component when getting everything set up. If the feature you are looking for is not offered as a base feature, there is a high chance that it is offered as an add on. Everything from vendor shipping options and syncing fulfilment to vendors' home Shopify stores, to product reviews - this app really has it all. So many features and if you read the documentation, you'll be able to get started quickly. I have been very impressed so far. I also hope that Webkul improves their English and video quality as it is probably hurting their sales and misrepresenting their amazing product.

Great app and top support. They reply very quickly and are always available to help. The app also provides many addons so you can add more developed features to your marketplace.

It has a very good service by mail. Multi Vendor Marketplace solved all my problems and had a very good attitude to do everything I needed!! :)
