We are building our marketplace at the moment, but I already can tell that :
-customer service is awesome, I've had relevant answers in less than 24 hours
-it takes some effort to understand the logic but once you do you can do a lot of things. Almost everything is explained on webkul blog.
-it's not expensive considering the amount of options you have // unless you start adding a lot of feature app.
A great value exchange. Marketplaces require extensive features and functionality. Webkul provides much for the cost, and comes with responsive customer support.

Takes some time to set up the app but the support is truly amazing! They respond quickly and help out with anything that has been asked.

Amazing I really appreciate how responsive, patient, and kind the customer support team is for this app.
The 5 stars are for the customer service. I like the app a lot but as a complete beginner I soon got lost and made mistakes. After a frustrating week trying and failing I contacted the team via the chat function. A very patient person helped me fix my mistakes and guided me through setting up the stripe connection from both shop side and seller side. I'm looking forward to on-boarding other sellers now. I used the webkul multivendor marketplace application, there are still some things to improve but we are on the right track. I thank the efficiency of the remote support team, they always help you and are always ready to respond. they also introduced a chatbox that always answers your questions !!
