First and foremost their customer service is incredible. The app itself is unbelievable. It has lots of different plug ins that are necessary in the long run. I would recommend it 100%. I used different marketplace apps but this one is more complete. I couldnt be happier.
Good, but need more digital storage space for every file. And seller profile section on product detail page can use a contact button.
I am happy with this plugin! Everything is easy to set and comfortable to work with. The support team works very quickly.

I have been extremely frustrated with Webkul as a whole. They are located in India which means that they are only available during India work hours. You can call and reach a person who will tell you that you will hear back in 6 hours. Then you get a short email response that does not answer your question and you go back and forth a day at a time. I finally started calling at midnight but they didn't want to stay on the line while they resolved my questions.(Uploading a csv is almost impossible because the requirements for the cvs to work are very specific and there is not way to know what you are missing when you get a broad error. One thing I discovered later is that .jpg file names have to be listed in capital letters, .JPG or the file will not load. They keep telling me that the instruction are clearly spelled out so I try again and send them the exact document I am using that will not load...no changes but it works for them...).
I am constantly struggling with the site, it is confusing because much of the instruction is written by a non native English speaker and thus unclear or misleading. I was under the impression for months that my vendors were getting paid when actually it was a manual process that I needed to do myself. The app takes the bank info and tells you that the payment has been sent but it hasn't. This would be ok if I knew, but there is no way to understand this from the site instructions.
If there were another multi vendor marketplace app I would use it. In the meantime I will struggle through.
UPDATE: I have since given up entirely on this app and am doing the work by hand.The app provides so little in service and so I have instead just added my vendors as "staff" in my shopify account so that they can update inventory. Since I had to manage my payments manually anyway, there was really no benefit to using Webkul except that my vendors had their own log in and were prevented from accessing other vendor's inventory. My current solution is not idea but beats the heck out of using webkul.
If you planning to make a marketplace then this app is perfect fit for you, highly recommended. Thanks
Difficult to configure if there is a complete presentation / video related to the installation or having a team that can install / configure on a separate site is fine.

Really the best app! Would love to see less request and quicker response so won't slow down our site. Currently, it is the slowest app on our website. :(
We have been working with Multivendor for 8 months and everything has worked correctly. But we have had some problems in terms of updating products synchronized with Shopify that, fortunately, Webkul support has managed to answer in order to solve the problems.
When the App is being updated, all changes made by Sellers are not reflected in the Shopify store, such as product removal or stock modification. So the only thing I would add to the App is an improvement in terms of synchronization in the update.

I've been patient. At their request I deleted my first review and tried to work with them. Aside from their response time being an average of two days, the app just doesn't do what I need it to.
If you are solely an online store, it may work for you.
If you run both online and in person, don't even try this.
BIG ISSUE
When you sync orders to this app, it does not pull the discount DATA from an order. So many of my sellers are thinking their products sold at full price, and want me to pay them money I never earned. Support for the APP told me they don't do discounts, which is something I think should be made more clear before downloading -- as it makes it impossible to fully use with Shopify. The only way it will work is if your sellers upload everything through the APP -- and still, there is no discount feature.
So now, at the end of the month, I'm going to have to go back and print and cross reference EVERY invoice and compile it for my sellers.
Huge pain.
This app has potential, if they provide better support, ACTUAL REPORTS, and the ability to show final sale price and details, and not just what the original price.
This shows what an order looks like in Shopify, and then in the app. You can see the problem it will cause as I have to pay out sellers...
