Multi Vendor Marketplace

Customer support was incredible. Took the time to work through my issue, and even found something that I didn't take the time to look at. Highly recommend!

Even if you ask a question, it is easy to use because it responds very quickly and there are many things you can do within the app.

We have not gone live with the multivendor marketplace but plan to do so on Monday. I have minimal coding experience and the app can feel very intimidating at first glance. We are trying to create a marketplace for a very niche market where the sellers are not professional vendors but just individuals selling their own items. The app has the capacity to do much more than we need but it can also be simplified immensely.

Their customer support is unmatched, it is truly truly great. I probably ask them 2 to 3 questions every time I am working on the app and they are very kind and helpful. We are excited to launch the marketplace on our store and I am confident that even if it is not super smooth initially the support team will be able to help us out!

This app is saving me so much time and resources, not only because it solves and brings an obvious solution to get sellers inside my store, but also because the customer support is excellent, beyond expectations. The feature apps are a great addition and are helping me build the perfect experience for my sellers. I have been setting up this app and using it for about two months. Shipping was hard to figure out but the support was very helpful and clearly was trying to help me figure it out. I have so much to learn.

The settings are mostly complicated, but the chat support always helped. There are solutions for most issues that I meet.
