Great service from Neha. Despite the fact that the language and time-zone barrier are at times challenging, the support team of this app always does their best to assist with any problems quickly and efficiently. They are also willing to do customization. I think a live chat option would be a very nice add-on for the support team.

If extra support is needed, the staff is knowledgeable and readily available. Highly recommended. I came from a Wordpress with Woocommerce site and wish I had investigated shopify | Multi Vendor Marketplace first.
This app is saving me so much time and resources, not only because it solves and brings an obvious solution to get sellers inside my store, but also because the customer support is excellent, beyond expectations. Exactly what I was looking for! The app saved my life. It is super simple to use and has great apps to add on for anything else you might need. The customer service is quick and efficient. I haven't really launched the marketplace yet, so I cannot rate the efficiency of running the app with vendors just yet. But so far so good.
