The support was very useful and this app fulfills all the requirements I had. it's a bit complicated at first glance but everything is customizable, your URL and when people signup, the customer is automatically created in your shopify store. 5 stars app !

We have been using this app for a few months and it certainly has a learning curve (as does everything) but once you learn it, everything is very straightforward. My sellers have been really enjoying using their dashboards and all the perks that come with it like auto order emails, etc. The support team from Webkul has been extremely helpful with every question or request I have submitted to them and it has been a lot. I do highly recommend this app.

Great app, great support team. I recommend this app for anyone having a multi-seller marketplace. The support team didn't rest till all my issues were resolved.

I like the app and all the add ons you can get for it.
I think the ones who write the bad reviews never have had a actual quote on what a Marketplace with all those function actually cost. You will easily end up paying 100K. With only basic functions. With API connectors for all the shop systems will cost you at least 20K again in dev. And then the 200-500€ if you activate all the apps does not seem so bad, does it?
Of course it is not the easiest app to use. But still for what it is I like it!

The app works pretty good and as always the support team is always on your side. Pooja in particular has been exemplary. The team has tried to create something that navigates the many limitations of the Shopify environment itself, and many features of the app has been well thought out and issues you have with the app are quickly fixed.

I'm using this app to build a marketplace. There are a lot of functionalities that I found much more flexible than other platforms, especially when you add plugins. The interface isn't the most beautiful/user friendly, so there's a lot of details you need to check and test to make sure it works well. What I must say though, is the support team is really great and has gone above and beyond to make things work for us - e.g. editing the coding in the themes to make it compatible with the backend, how to ensure the Webkul backend is connected to domains and is viewed as a secure site.
