About Multi Vendor Marketplace

This module is a great tool to convert your shop into a fully functioning marketplace. It facilitates the process of adding sellers and keep track of their sales. Sellers (or vendors) can have their own profile and collection page with variety of products. Admin (or merchant) can easily set individual commission and global commission for all the sellers.

  • Admin can set global commission for all the sellers & can also set separate commission for individual seller. Category wise commission.
  • Product /Seller added through CSV file. Products bulk edit by CSV.
  • Admin can assign existing product to the seller

Ive now been using this app for a few months, honestly stay far away from it!
It is incredibly dated, there are errors constantly, it misses out sales on seller payments, it also has made us over pay sellers multiple times. You cant have a product description over a really small character limit or you get bad gateways, bad enough on uploading but a nightmare when sellers upload. If a seller has to refund one item out of multiple they then cant mark the others as fulfilled.
If you have to refund or cancel part of an order it puts a note on all the sellers accounts which just causes confusion.
They are a nightmare to get hold of and will just ignore certain question if they can't be bothered answering them. I really wish I had searched a little more for a better app.

A great app! it might need some minor adjustment but overall an app that suits my needs. Pooja has been an exceptional help, she is responsive, helpful, and always replies promptly, I can't recommend her enough.
