So far so good! It is a bit different to what we were used to (Shippit) and a little more fiddly but overall , not too big a deal and the money we are saving is insane! Shippit is so expensive. Would not recommend for smaller businesses. Also, wanted to make a special note and thank you to Rachael who has been helping us during the initial set-up stages, she has been absolutely amazing! Very quick to respond and help with any issues we ere facing, all resolves and in such a timely manner. Love your work Rach! So far, the overall experience with JOOVII has been very positive. Makes fulfilling orders so easy, and seamlessly integrates with auspost, sendle and a host of other services.
Any issues we had, Andrew and the team went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly (even on weekends!). Cannot recommend this app and company enough!
While the app itself is great and does exactly what it says and deserves every one of its 5 stars, I would also give Andrew from Joovii 10 stars if I was able. Andrew was quick to reply with every question and readily available to jump on a call and sort out an issue then and there. Truly excellent service.
Our little business in North Queensland had been trying to set up courier shipping for our website with a reasonable cost for both our customers and ourselves. We seemed to be going round in circles with Aramex, Sendle and Australia Post.
