I have downloaded more than one application to translate the control panel of the store, but the G application was the best
I used support services and Susie helped me to customize the flag position in 5 minutes, top support! :)
I am just on the free version, but the staff and especially, Ella, have been wonderful. I had some issues with another app I have on our store and they helped us and answered us promptly everytime until the issue was resolved. They were more than willing to help us with everything we needed.
I had a problem with DNS settings and contacted Ripa for support. She solved my propblem in now time. Very happy with the service.
I use Gtranslate in several websites. It is always good match. Ripa helped me a lot. Thank you again!

UPDATE August 13, 2020: One week later and Ella still didn't fix the problem. However, the Deputy CEO emailed me and said he'll get someone else today to assist me. He gave me Suzan. It took Suzan 20 MINUTES TO FIX THE ISSUE TODAY. I'm happy with Suzan's help. The problem is finally fixed thanks to Suzan. If you ever need support, don't ask for Ella. Ella said it takes her hours of her life to fix the problem whereas Suzan fixed it in 20 minutes! Ask for Suzan! Thank you!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE REP IGNORES YOUR REQUEST FOR SUPPORT AND LIES TO YOU. I used this app to help me translate my website. I did not like how the widget blocked words on my website so I reached out to ELLA from GTranslate for support. I chatted with Ella and asked her to fix the problem. She ignored my request for assistance. So I reached out again for help. Ella THEN responded to me and asked for my permission to collaborate. I gave her access and waited. One hour goes by, NOTHING. 3 HOURS GO BY AND NOTHING WAS DONE. I asked her what is taking so long. She said she's fixing it and I should just keep waiting. So I logged into my shopify dashboard settings and looked at the activity log for the collaborator account. THERE HAD BEEN NO ACTIVITY SINCE 11:30AM. It was 5:30PM. So THE WHOLE DAY, ELLA WAS LYING AND LEADING ME TO THINK THAT SHE WAS FIXING IT BUT SHE DID'NT DO ANYTHING. THE WIDGET IS STILL BLOCKING WORDS ON MY SITE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP!

The apps works, but not on all fronts. It doesn't (automatically) translate reviews from the Yotpo app (like with the rest of the site) via the ''Auto switch to browser language'' function. Only when you refresh the page or reselect the country flag. Also this Yotpo app review text is not a fixed content (section) of the website itself - it is not visible when editing the site from the frontside (creating extra subdomains will not work in our opinion), so we had the feeling the text 'initially' stays locked when someone is visiting the page for first time. We have asked the Support team of G-translate to get this fixed/unclocked.
We asked for help, and been told if we upgraded our subscription plan to paid (again) we would get the help. But once we have done that, it turned out (almost directly) it could not be solved.
It makes it a bit sad because we already made it clear from the beginning we already have subdomains via Translate & Adapt and showed screenshots of it as well. So they could have known and advised us earlier instead of advising to get paid plan first. Therefore it makes it a bit less experience. If it can be looked at and fixed properly then we would be grateful
For me (German) the best app i have used on my website. I have many apps tested and they are working not well. Of course sometimes is the translation strange but that is normal. But never have to be code translated which i had in other apps. Also, with Gtranslate it was very easy to set up at the beginning. If you would like to have some adjustments or something works not well they are always helping you very quickly. From my side many thanks to Ella and Sergey. Now i am really happy. Norbert
