ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY YOU HAVE TO CHECK EVERYTHING BY YOURSELF AND KEEP INFORMING THEIR SERVICE FOR ISSUES. (Very slow service takes too long to find solutions if they find..)
I added 4 languages to my store, paid pack of 20 Euro. I start ads but for 3 days no sales. I checked then what is going on and I saw that many places on the website were not translated.....especially CHECKOUT PAGE. Keep on checking your sites IF YOU CHOOSE this application because its not working properly. I lost a lot of money in ads because of G-translate.
I send them all the issues waited for 2 days and nothing happened I am still waiting to FIX THE ISSUES.
Also they don't check PC to Android view of website. For example something that is ok and is translated at PC view its not working at Android. Another crazy issue that my clients told me since its something you believe that the apps technicians could check.

This app is quite difficult to use to me, but Ella helped me immediately with everything I needed. She was so kind!

I like this app but I would like to customize the position in a sharper way. Consider it is a free tool I would recommend it for sure.

Checkout page translation does not work in free version! Just if you pay they translate your checkout area! Sounds like a joke but it is true.

app performance decent, but like every other app you might have to work on improving some translations but if you need help with that good look finding a rep that is actually willing to help you and not just send you articles, not even mentioning that they take longer to answer than any other app i have worked with

Sain kyllä hienosti apua chatissa kun aloitin palvelun käyttöä lennossa livesaitilla. Sain pienellä viiveellä CNAME-ohjaukset toimimaan ja pääsin maksulliseen palveluun muuttamaan käännöksiä. Suomenkielisissä käännöksissä on varmaan paljon vaikeuksia ja niitä on melkolailla pakko korjailla jonkinverran jälkeenpäin, mutta toimiessaan tämä on kyllä paljon käsityötä helpottava ratkaisu! Best translation app out there, both free and paid. The customer support is also super fast and helpful. Suzan helped me customise my store's code so the widget looks and feels exactly how I want. I recommend this app very strongly!
