Very quick and great support from the team. Special thanks to Suzan. She help me integrating the app with my theme.
I don't recommend this app. A lot of bugs, bad user experience. After we spent 2 days fixing the auto translation (which was super bad), the edits weren't saved.. Very bad customer support specially Ella and Angela.
I got it installed in the end but editing translations turned out not easy so I went for another option. There are a few ways of translating the text. Edit text option through their app gave me a few languages, but not all I wanted to be translated. Maybe giving customers a catalog option would have worked better. Another option, editing text through my website, had half of the text missing. I guess, if you have more advanced IT skills this should not be a problem but I struggled.
Their customer service was 5 stars, very helpful. They do need to improve some parts of UX to make text edits easier and signing up less confusing.
Added the app this morning and had to contact their support for two technical issues. Had the pleasure of dealing with Ripas and Borya which were quick an efficient in helping me. Couldn't ask for better support!!
I cant thanks Borya enough for all the support I got, on sunday! He answered all the questions I had, for me who knows nothing about coding at all. He patiently answered everything! And more he installed for me the language menu converter exactly where I wanted on my website, both mobile and desktop version and it looks perfect and professional on my turbo theme! I was scared to start using their platform for translating, but way less now. And their fees is very reasonable. Last night I installed it and it was not working like I wanted so I deleted it, and even the deleting was super easy. I just don’t understand why everyone is only talking about the others apps. They have stellar service! Thanks Borya!

not work for the Italian language we installed the app for our site in Italy but actually, it doesn't work pretty well bye
I really like the quality of the neuro translation from English to French in the paid version. I also like being able to edit the French on the webpage view, where I can see the text, rather than having to search for the text inside an app. Ripa from customer service has been great, helpful, and very prompt in her responses to all my questions as I have been setting it up. 4 stars instead of 5, because I wish there was an auto-translate for the email notifications in shopify! There is code to make it switch to the user's language when the email is sent, but first I have to manually translate all the emails inside the liquid template which is a long process... Gtranslate please give us an automatic option for the emails! Everything else has been great so far.

Good, but how can manually change some translation? It's translating my store name and don't want that
