The apps works, but not on all fronts. It doesn't (automatically) translate reviews from the Yotpo app (like with the rest of the site) via the ''Auto switch to browser language'' function. Only when you refresh the page or reselect the country flag. Also this Yotpo app review text is not a fixed content (section) of the website itself - it is not visible when editing the site from the frontside (creating extra subdomains will not work in our opinion), so we had the feeling the text 'initially' stays locked when someone is visiting the page for first time. We have asked the Support team of G-translate to get this fixed/unclocked.
We asked for help, and been told if we upgraded our subscription plan to paid (again) we would get the help. But once we have done that, it turned out (almost directly) it could not be solved.
It makes it a bit sad because we already made it clear from the beginning we already have subdomains via Translate & Adapt and showed screenshots of it as well. So they could have known and advised us earlier instead of advising to get paid plan first. Therefore it makes it a bit less experience. If it can be looked at and fixed properly then we would be grateful
For me (German) the best app i have used on my website. I have many apps tested and they are working not well. Of course sometimes is the translation strange but that is normal. But never have to be code translated which i had in other apps. Also, with Gtranslate it was very easy to set up at the beginning. If you would like to have some adjustments or something works not well they are always helping you very quickly. From my side many thanks to Ella and Sergey. Now i am really happy. Norbert

Grikor provided excellent service and answered my (many) questions in a timely manner. He helped me to understand the pros and considerations for each level of service and to choose the one I felt was right for my business with confidence. He also provided helpful information and resources that armed me with the ability to successfully add the various subdomains to my DNS records myself. He even followed up with me, and confirmed success and provided an example subdomain of my website without me even asking for it. It was very welcome news, and I appreciate that he took the initiative to do that.

Good, easy to use app that does exactly what it says. If you happen to be stuck on something and don't know how to proceed, their lovely support team will answer any questions and help you get going. One of them, Ripa, solved my issues very promptly and effectively.

Great App for any website that needs two languages or more, amazing customer service - would highly recommend to anyone! .........
It changes the price form. to, when I use french. it keeps freaks my client out. any combine with auto currency switch also bugged
I like this app where it is easy to manage and easy to integrate. Thanks for Suzan where she helped me to embed the language selector to my theme. Also, thanks for Ella for helping me to fix paid plan and RTL language related issues.
