The app is very simple and efficient, the Editor to edit the translation is very convenient and handy. My experience with the support, specifically Susanna, was very satisfying. Susanna is very efficient, all of her answers helped me fix the issues I was asking for instantly.
The software itself is good and it works well, support definitely could be better but they are doing their best and they are determined to help you when you have a serious issue that needs to be solved. Highly recommended App!
Creí que el símbolo de moneda en nuestra Tienda cambió por la app. Con mucha cordialidad y profesionalismo, Borya me explicó que no era un problema del GTranslate sino de la configuración de la mondeda de Shopify. Y sin tener la obligación, nos ayudó a ver el error y corregirlo. La app es excelente y el grupo humano de Soporte es espectacular! Los recomiendo ampliamente!

I really love this app. It allows me to expand my customer base without language barriers. Customer service even relocated the language drop bar to the middle of the page on my mobile and computer device to make it easily accessible. Great investment!!
I must have been a pain in the neck for Suzan and Arshak, who are supporting me, since I am able to sniff out all small issues and I have no patience. For sure they have much more then me! Why we moved to G-Translate? URL translation is the main answer. But also: no additional charges for how many languages nor for using the Professional translating engines and not for the amount of words or characters translated. All included in the package. Before we had the site translated in 5 languages using country specific domains but we were not impressed with the google ranking outside Sweden. We got English in the google rich text search results in Sweden on our Swedish domain for example so how is this possible! But URL translation comes with it's own specific difficulties which can result in broken links (which can be fixed) All in all, we have used a few translation apps and they all come with their own quicks, difficulties and problems. I guess this is an utterly complicated thing to do. But after a lot of work, double testing all domains we are slowly (after 1 month) getting there. Search results are already getting better than before. Like I said: I must have been a pain in the neck for support, but they still try to do their very best and indeed I got now 30 European languages on my store and the work seems to have been worth it. Last thing I would like to point out: I really love how you can edit language translations on the front side of the website. With the other apps I tried, I spend so much time finding what needed to be corrected. Here you see and edit. I did read some complains about this feature, but I do not share this critisism at all. I think that is a very clever way if doing it. So yes, I am giving a 5 start review and thanks to Suzan and Arshak who are able to cope with customers like me!
