The apps works, but not on all fronts. It doesn't (automatically) translate reviews from the Yotpo app (like with the rest of the site) via the ''Auto switch to browser language'' function. Only when you refresh the page or reselect the country flag. Also this Yotpo app review text is not a fixed content (section) of the website itself - it is not visible when editing the site from the frontside (creating extra subdomains will not work in our opinion), so we had the feeling the text 'initially' stays locked when someone is visiting the page for first time. We have asked the Support team of G-translate to get this fixed/unclocked.

We asked for help, and been told if we upgraded our subscription plan to paid (again) we would get the help. But once we have done that, it turned out (almost directly) it could not be solved.

It makes it a bit sad because we already made it clear from the beginning we already have subdomains via Translate & Adapt and showed screenshots of it as well. So they could have known and advised us earlier instead of advising to get paid plan first. Therefore it makes it a bit less experience. If it can be looked at and fixed properly then we would be grateful

The app is good but when you get other apps/widgets that need translation it may take weeks for them to translate it. They are not open for support in the weekends either. Support is fast though but not always the solution.

I would say that I didn't like the fact the widget is not easy to place on the homepage, unfortunately. Also, I didn't like the fact that I couldn't have the english canadian and french canadian languages. For the overall experience, this app is quite easy to use and to install! Ella, Suzan, Sergey and Lilit did a fantastic job. Very quick response and amazing effectiveness. You feel yourself very well guided in that "tricky" translation-tool.

Great customer service by Lilit whom offered to help me with the setup. A quick and easy job for her. Good communication and quick reply.

I dient have the best experience with the app itself but ELLE from support really helped me for hours to bring it to an acceptable state.

Doesn't translate cart info either emails. Translation not very good, i got better results directly on google translate. Have to edit every page. Widget doesn't look good (low res) on web site.
