If you want your website to kill your SEO ranking, install this app. We hired developers and proved they are doing damage to the website's ranking and the support agents of the chat are very unprofessional, they don't understand what they are doing. there's no point talking with them. it's better to use another app to translate pages. we won't waste any time talking with people that don't understand what they are doing. they said exactly it's okay to have multiple h1 tags per page and it's no problem for SEO. there's nothing to talk about it after that.

The customer agent Elen provided ridiculous information and we had to prove how she was wrong by paid developers. Then they stopped replying to the chat. It's better to avoid an app that damages your SEO ranking and ignores your conversation when they realize they were wrong. Most stores won't even notice this if they don't investigate with paid developers.

Terrible app. Terrible support. This app can't translate subfolders like /fr/ only sub-domains are allowed... Spend 2 days chatting with support to get this answer...

They keep charging me even though I uninstalled the app and I have no idea how to turn it off ! The process should be simpler as small business owner do not have time to deal with this.

I am trying to setup the app, but find it difficult. I dont know if I shall copy and paste the code in the text box or copy and paste {% include 'gtranslate' %} this only.

i used it in par with a template but i don't understand why it translate french words into another french words... It's really annoying...

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP.... It screw up my whole store!! I try to figure out what is wrong since then! NO HELP WHAT SO EVER from the service!

We installed this app to try it, it didn't work, uninstalled it...and now our store website shows COMPLETELY BLANK and Shopify is contacting the developer to remove their remaining code to leave our website as it was.
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.
Loosing sales as writing this!!
