I really love the app its perfect and helpful .. ALSO I WANT TO MENTION A SPECIAL THANKS TO Ella FROM THE SUPPORT WHO HELPED ME A LOT AND WAS SO PATIEN WITH ME .. he have done a perfect work including and editing the language in my header menu and set my new subdomain ! am really so satisfied thanks a lot ELLA

The APP does not translate the check out process which defeats the whole purpose. Very sad because everything else worked fine without complications.

I have spoken to an incredible person today from GTranslate her name is Ella . Ella has helped me for a few hours and I so appreciate her expertise, her patience her knowledge. I needed to set up this app so my store was converted into different languages. Ella was just amazing and so very patient. I would highly recomend this app as the customer service is so good. Borya was really patient with me. I ask for many changes and had specific needs. It would have been great to do it myself because it was hard to explain and needed to send print screen. Good job.

I have just setup the basic package and encountered quite number of issues. The online CS support is super! The representative, Ripa, is very professional can clear all my doubts and questions at once.

Terrible Customer service. We have over 6 globle websites, I reached out to customer support to get a better understanding off their SEO. BORYA WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. Very degrading and when I told him how rude he was and that I will make sure I write an email to the CEO of the company, all off their apps across my sites were blocked and I was unable to install or communicate with them via chat. Terrible experience. I will never recommend this app!! terrible
