Gtranslate has major problems with source sampling for "Improve Translations". If English source texts are violently truncated in the middle of a word, no reason to discuss translating.

The Customer support helped to find out what is causing word splits - short entries in the "Skip Translation" list, such as "UBR" (L-UBR-ICANT).
Shortly after installing the app I reach out to support. Was helped by Suzan who provided a fast and efficient solution. Great support and great app. Can highly recommend.

I really like the app but unfortunately I cannot use it because no matter what option I select, the widget covers items on the screen that needs to be seen. This happens on both the mobile and desktop versions of my site. I would recommend an option that pushes the widget to the far right corner or far left corner to the top or even bottom, instead of having it inches away from the page edge, bring it closer to the edge.

Customer service is non-existent. They do not reply. App created duplicate pages, and we can't get rid of them even after deleting the app
Great support from Lilit, even on the weekend. At first sight, the app seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. Don't expect professional translations, that's not what it's built for. But it's good to start out with when you're tapping into new geo's and need to get proof of concept first, before having everything translated professionally.
I've only been using the app for a week but just for the support team, you should definitely chose this app. The live chat is a gift from heaven (no cap) and the team will solve your problems in a matter of minutes! My girl Rita was a big help for customization, thanks a lot again!!
I haven't got time enough to experiment with the translations, but I must say the support team is AMAZING!
They have a life chat and replied in 1 minute! I talked to Ella, Elmira and Rafael. They all are very nice.
