Works really well and they are helpful when you need help to move the icon etc...and will update the code just for you!

One of best free apps in Shopify. I used for my website kemptstore.com and like it. Good one but choices are a little too basic though.

Doesn't translate cart info either emails. Translation not very good, i got better results directly on google translate. Have to edit every page. Widget doesn't look good (low res) on web site.

I would say that I didn't like the fact the widget is not easy to place on the homepage, unfortunately. Also, I didn't like the fact that I couldn't have the english canadian and french canadian languages. For the overall experience, this app is quite easy to use and to install! Terrible Customer service. We have over 6 globle websites, I reached out to customer support to get a better understanding off their SEO. BORYA WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. Very degrading and when I told him how rude he was and that I will make sure I write an email to the CEO of the company, all off their apps across my sites were blocked and I was unable to install or communicate with them via chat. Terrible experience. I will never recommend this app!! terrible

They keep charging me even though I uninstalled the app and I have no idea how to turn it off ! The process should be simpler as small business owner do not have time to deal with this.

Perfect customer support, Borya was amazing he helped me and provided me exactly what i requested, when i wanted to change something he immediately changed it.

And the app itself is also great, alot of functionality's and exactly what i looked for!
