Recién descargada y aprendiendo a utilizarla. Al principio ha sido un poco complicado pero el servicio de atención al cliente ha sido excelente. Doy las gracias a ELLA por ayudarme durante este proceso, sin su ayuda no hubiese sido posible.

Lilit have been very helpful in helping me set this up. quite few steps to work it but it worked just find. good customer service.

Overall, it's a good app and fixes a problem but there's room for improvement. For example, they need to improve the widget. Spanish flag is not correct. There's dozens of countries that speak spanish, they should include the option to be able to choose that flag.

I am sorry I had to say that I have problems with the final price of the products when they change the language. This is very annoying and very scary for my customers as they see a price of £7.99 coming up to £799,00. I have to delete the app as it is scary for my customers.

A great app but I needed the widget to be center top. I reached out to Customer Support and Ella was able to modify the widget for me the same day. Thank you, Ella!

Thank you Ripa. In less than 10 minutes i opened a chat box and you adjusted the button locations to better fit my website. THANK YOU! Currently using the free version but will upgarde shortly when. With the upgrade i am looking to get a custom URL, unique URLs for other languages (better SEO and easier marketing). Also I will be able to adjust the translations (free is auotmatic translate only) and the checkout will be translated as well. Thank you again!
