Been using the app for a few months, there's a lot of bugs in this program, all the number in my site will turn into XNUMX , I've contacted the CS a few times , and sadly this problem cannot be fixed. The cs also mentioned that "We know about this issue and it's in our roadmap to change the translation logic, however due to it being a fundamental part of the current translation and text parsing algorithm, we can't give a time estimate as to when this change will take place." if your website original language is in Chinese, this bug will appear on every single page of your site and they won't be able to fix it , so avoid using this app if your site language is in Chinese.

Really Bad. After months trying to config today we've decided to remove it due is a HEADACHE. For example, if you have a mulitilungual site as https://fr.domain.com or https://de.domain.com etc.... NO ONE OF YOUR APPS will works due CORS. If you have installed a search engine or anything else all results will point to the main domain due SUBDOMAINS ARE BLOCKED FOR THIS APP. Even after explain this to support they don´t want (or don´t know) what to say. Really unprofessional. Bye. And to be clear: "1. What do you do?" I need to get this app working in all subdomains in order rest of app works properly. "2. What do you expect to happen?" I expect that another apps as labels or badges app will be showed not only in main domain as happens. "3. What happens instead?" For example, with Badges & Labels App all badges and labels configurated are working ONLY in main domain and NOT in subdomains due CORS Policy or something related. Bad bad bad....
I was Scammed ! I tried the app, and remove the extended functions before the end of the trial period BUT I was Charged 37.99$ anyway. I immediatly wrote to the support team and NO Answer. I will alert Shopify Team ! :((((((

Can't remove from store. Unistalled and the widget remained. Support works 9-5 Mon-Friday so basically stuck with it for 3 days
Customer service is non-existent. They do not reply. App created duplicate pages, and we can't get rid of them even after deleting the app
Es increible llevo 15 días con el plan de pago para lograr obtener las SSL y cada día dicen que el problema es uno distinto. Lo modificamos y sigue sin funcionar, La peor atención al cliente que me he encontrado de todas las Apps de Shopify
After months with this application ... my verdict is: ineffective service WITH HUGE ERRORS
You can find that your website shows the word "SEXTOYS" and you don't realize it until a relative of yours tells you ... (and no, there are no sexual content products on the website)
I've been with this application for a few months and now I'm definitely going to switch it as soon as I can.
Firstly, they don't add "reflang" tags by default, which is very important for international SEO (and especially if your target multilingual country). SEMrush helps you detect this error ... because GTranslate already told you that it even says "no need" (that answer is unproductive)
Second and WORST: I find a bad and unpleasant translation made with the word "sextoys".
I contact them, and they tell me that it is because the option "centralized system" activated by default appears, and that activating it will no longer cause such rare translations (they are translations made by other people with the same Gtranslate application and that serve as a basis data for the Gtranslate application). Come on ... someone with a bad idea set about doing those kinds of translations that really are not, and thus affect the entire network of websites with GTranslate. Imagine .... because the word translated "sextoys" was ... PRODUCTS.
So,... PRODUCTS = SEXTOYS
First of all, this is not a free app at all, if you want to translate your page into other languages you have to pay for it. I am actually giving a 1 star because this is the mininum rating. I have been waiting for over a week to solve an issue with content translations and widget positioning, but everytime i´m getting the same message: "someone will attend and check your issue ASAP". They seem to have many operators as everyday i receiving the same response but from different operators, but nobody do anything to solve your problems.
I Use this App because I start, but after a few months, I wont hesitate to change. Poor App, poor service......zero star from my experience. I even recommended Shopify to don't have them in their list.
