I am very statisfied with the app which is using google translation AI. And also very statsfied with the support. Especially from Susanne! She understand that when she is not able to help, she has to direct the issue to the dev. team. Also the team gives real time support without having to wait to long. Just Amazing. I installed this app recently and am very happy with how it works so far, later i needed some help with moving the translator to another place in the online store and with Ripa`s knowledge this was solved quickly. Ripa is very knowledgable and helpful... although i was skeptical due to the knowledge of some of the other members, But Ripa saves the day all the time with little to no effort.

This app is really great! Not only are the free features exceptional, but the add-ons are definitely worth it. Additionally the service (provided by Ripa, Tigran and Susie) was so helpful, as they helped fix our Promo Popup and Free shipping banner translation.
