Installed the app yesterday, looks very good the translation although you will still find some words here and there. Support is amazing this what's important, Ella solved my issue super fast. thumbs up

Works really well and they are helpful when you need help to move the icon etc...and will update the code just for you!

Doesn't translate cart info either emails. Translation not very good, i got better results directly on google translate. Have to edit every page. Widget doesn't look good (low res) on web site.

I would say that I didn't like the fact the widget is not easy to place on the homepage, unfortunately. Also, I didn't like the fact that I couldn't have the english canadian and french canadian languages. For the overall experience, this app is quite easy to use and to install! I Use this App because I start, but after a few months, I wont hesitate to change. Poor App, poor service......zero star from my experience. I even recommended Shopify to don't have them in their list.

They keep charging me even though I uninstalled the app and I have no idea how to turn it off ! The process should be simpler as small business owner do not have time to deal with this.
