Support from the app is very good. Susan kindly positioned the language selector where we wanted it. Thank you so much and keep up the hard work. Overall the translations are also very good, minimal changes needed

There was times where it was really confusing for both parties, plus the difference in time zone made it harder to communicate instantly. However, Sergey was patient and help to fix the issues that we were facing. It would be good if support was 24hours.

MILENA was amazing. I just installed the app and I think I did something wrong. So, I couldn't move forward in the setup wizard. Milena was fast with replies and answers! :) Although I am new and haven't tried everything yet, I must say the dashboard is user-friendly, a lot of the guesswork is taken out, and customer support is great!

Can't wait to see how my store looks! :)
