The support technicality is great and good with their knowledge, of how to fix and meet solutions to the problems. Great help with Susanna and Arshak, I believe the manpower and amount of support are greatly needed to increase for more people to work, as I can see support hours are limited, and replies take some time, making progress and updates unavailable on some problems. Overall it is a good app and good support, small things can be improved.

This app is quite difficult to use to me, but Ella helped me immediately with everything I needed. She was so kind!

I like this app but I would like to customize the position in a sharper way. Consider it is a free tool I would recommend it for sure.

the app would be even better if you could adjust the position of the combobox on the website. for example in x and y direction

I installed the GTranslate app on our site and liked how easy it was to install. I had an issue with a couple of my menu items overlapping when they were translated to other languages and contacted customer service at GTranslate. Borya and Rafael were able to help me to ensure the issue was addressed in a timely manner.

good app and good technical service, i did not kept it after the trial period cause i felt better with another app i was use to used...but it's worth a try if you have the time

UPDATE:
the problem is google, and not the app: if you price in the store is set simply{{ amount}} and not {{ amount_with_comma_separator }} for google you are using a thousand separator.

Whilst working very well with translation, the app changes the prices of the product!
A product that is 30€ in the original english version, becomes 3000€ in the french version!!!
