I am super satisfied by the app and even more by the support team. I have talk with Ripa. She was really patient and took the time not only to answer my question but also to help me directly on my website. She is amazing!!!

The app works perfectly. I had a small issue, but ELLA helped me to solve it efficiently. She was nice and worked fast. I highly recommend this app

I have recently installed this app and have so far found it to do everything it claims to do, the installation is simple and intuitive. I needed to get some support from the GTranslate team as some of my existing theme settings were altering how I wanted my widget to be placed and its appearance. Ripa from their support team has just provided me with a bespoke solution that has integrated the widget seamlessly into an existing button grouping and it looks great. Great fast translations and easily select appropriate languages from a large list. Suzan was excellent in helping me format the dropdown selector so it showed up in the exact location I wanted in my header and footer!

I'm not a beginner, but just so little a pro. I chose the app from GTranslate because it was the best value for money. And it is!!!!.
After the installation the team took care of me. I've rarely seen such friendly and understanding support. Without giving me the feeling not to be important, you really took care of me for a very long time. Until everything worked as it should. I can only recommend the app and looking after the team is more than a bonus!

When I first started with the Free version, I noticed that the machine translation was below average, but the PREMIUM VERSION....WOW- What a difference! There are GREAT modification possibilities and if there's a problem, the live chat / customer support members quickly fix my problems. TIGRAN, SUZAN, SERGEY and the WHOLE TEAM offer GREAT help. Translating is not easy, but these guys did their best to modify what ever you dislike in the default translation. Very easy to use, once you get it.
