He went as far as to access my web page himself and edited what needed to be edited to fix my issue I was having. I was beyond satisfied with his service and the app itself. Excellent product, excellent support. We have tried other products... One of them ran for 6 hours only to find out it did nothing relevant AT ALL... We then had less than 24h left to launch the website and we were stuck.
Thankgod we came across GTranslate. In a couple of minutes we were up and running. It took us more time to configure the DNS than to setup the product... When eventually stuck, the chat helped us reach out and be assisted. Had we encountered an issue on the web site, that team was there to support again... Amazing product, amazing team! Keep up the good work!

Ripa is really helpful and her response is instant. Did not expect that she solved my problems so quick. I'm still in a trial period, so far it's been really great.
