Lilit was great if it wasn't for her I would have been lost. Its not very user friendly in my opinion as far as the setup, so it is a good thing there live chat agents set it up for you. Lilit was very patient with me and got everything setup to my liking

The app is great, however, I have struggling with some things and the support of the app was just amazing. Borya, was extremely professional and very patient. He did exceptional job. Borya from GTranslate was the best support experience I have ever had! If you need some help with the app, just ask for Borya to help you and you will not regret it, I assure you. I changed my website theme and had some trouble setting everything back up using the translator (settings and translation bugs). I contacted GTranslate and Ella helped me fix everything quickly. The app is excellent and the service too, they answer quickly. Thanks again GTranslate, Thanks Ella!
