The Gtranslate app has a lot of features but it is a little bit difficult to understand how to set it up if you are not so good with IT. Luckily they have a very good technical support online, I was chatting with Lilit and she helped me with everything I needed, even doing some customisation for me... very glad I found someone to help me, THANKS!

Ripa's support was efficient and quick! She was able to answer all my questions and was very polite and professional.

She provided me with a good service and solved my practical problems. The language is directly displayed as what I want, non-English, thank you very much!

It would be very relevant to allow us to change some words that are wrongly translated, e.g, "Add to basket" instead of "Add to cart", among others

I used this app and help me so much. I am very happy with them and I recommend for everybody. It is helping me in an important phase of my store.

The app is okay. It is not perfect at translating and you may have to spend some time correcting.
The chat help is very quick and very helpfull. I got help to adjust the design om my selector by Borya and I am very satisfied with the quick and nice response and solution.
