Good app, some things are not clear to me in the app but therefore at least it is not pricey. I have received very good top notch support by Elen.

It changes the price form. to, when I use french. it keeps freaks my client out. any combine with auto currency switch also bugged
A good choice for a translation app. The AI for translating text is surprisingly good. The features "Skyp translation of phrases" and "replaced in translated HTML" are very helpful. Great choice, very economic if you only need to translate to a second language. Not everything is perfect and smooth there are just some minor glitches with the cache. For example, sometimes, corrections that you have already made are not updated in 'edit mode'. The downside is that sometimes you edit a text that has already been edited. Easy solution, better to work in safe mode ;) Customer service is great. Every step of the way, I have had help from Suzan in another project and from Ella in this project. Keep it up, fix the glitches. Congratulations

I really like the quality of the neuro translation from English to French in the paid version. I also like being able to edit the French on the webpage view, where I can see the text, rather than having to search for the text inside an app. Ripa from customer service has been great, helpful, and very prompt in her responses to all my questions as I have been setting it up. 4 stars instead of 5, because I wish there was an auto-translate for the email notifications in shopify! There is code to make it switch to the user's language when the email is sent, but first I have to manually translate all the emails inside the liquid template which is a long process... Gtranslate please give us an automatic option for the emails! Everything else has been great so far.

Some things could be done easier. For example, I cannot create the rule for a 2-character word, so I have to change it manually everywhere. The selector could have more design options. Still, it's a good app provided that it's based on a Google Translate engine. I had an issue with relocating the selector on top to the header row. Their support on behalf of Susanna, Elen, and Ella was very helpful in terms of correcting all my remarks to my satisfaction. I didn't give 5 stars as it feels like there are some things that could be improved. Still, the app is reliable enough and worth installing.
There was times where it was really confusing for both parties, plus the difference in time zone made it harder to communicate instantly. However, Sergey was patient and help to fix the issues that we were facing. It would be good if support was 24hours.

Review after 3 months: The app concept is good. If you have a basic store this can be a good option. However, be ready to face some issues and be patient to get everything fixed. The support team is good at fixing those issues, but you'll need to be patient as it will take time. My advise is to fully test your store and make sure everything works before going live with the translated versions. If you use 3rd party apps you'll most probably need some tweaks.
It is a good and affordable translator. some things are translated by letter but the most of the translations are correct.
